How do you know if you have a Z of year '10 has this issue?

On the inside of the driver side door where it has the tire pressure readings and stuff, it also has the build date of your Z. If your build date is on or before 10/2009 you may have the faulty unit. Likewise, if your Z's build date after 10/2009 you should be fine.
