I would opt out and start over at another dealer. When a deal fell through on a car that they were supposed to bring in from another state, it took them 2 months to refund me my deposit. Just my experience, but I wasn't thrilled.

I have been wholly unimpressed with Fairfax Nissan. Chantilly is much much better.

Guess it varries, bought my Z from Fairfax Nissan, a few days later noticed a crease in the skirt from taking it off the trailer, dropped it off the next day loaner car keys in hand, few days later had my Z back. My only complaint with them was a terrible pre delivery cleaning but no shocker there.

I bought mine from Fairfax recently. Wasn't too bad of an experience.

their service department is ok, however, I don't like their sales staff.
