Thanks Chuck. It was a conservative tune at Uprev HQ in Austin, but you're right. I'll feel much better just getting a 91 octane map.

They mean there's a good chance the motor will be knocking, possibly beyond the capability of the ecu to self correct. It all depends on what your tuner did. If it's a ragged edge tune on 93,...

Never really heard of resurfacing drilled rotors. Swap out for plain or slotted only, at least that way you can have them resurfaced in the future if need be.
