    I would set the fuel pressure to 52 psi with engine running no vacuum line to the regulator, once you plug in the vacuum hose to the regulator it should drop to around 45 ish good luck!

    Indeed the problem was on the passenger side fuel rail under the manifold. Got it all taken apart and found one of the wires some how got pinched and broke the insulation on one of the metal fuel...
