Same issue as you, vman. I’m having some health issues and do not have time to deal with Nissan right now. But, I think this is it for me and this car.

FYI, if you ever need the hydraulics for your convertible worked on or replaced there is a company called top hydraulics if you need it.

This is VERY disheartening to hear. I am getting my car back from the dealership in a few hours. They told me that it is fixed. To hear that the new bungees are already causing issues is too much....
