I thought you weren't supposed to be shifting in a turn anyway? Downshift under braking, not in the turn.

every day. i only use drive to go about in parking lots, starting from a stop since 1-2 is smoother in D at low speeds, or when cruising at 80 on the freeway since i think it gets better mpg that way.

I agree that my 240Z is probably more "fun to drive" like he concluded, but otherwise, there's really not much comparison to my 370Z. I like them both for what they are.
