Cleaning the TBs is not a warranty item. It's normal maintenance, like changing filters.

Find the hatch lifting springs. They have black and round covers. Twist the cover and it will pop out. Put 2 pennies under the spring for each side. Problem solved.

IMHO -2.6° is way too much camber in the rear. Regardless of what the factory specs say I've personally found -1.5° to -1.7° to be a more appropriate setting.
