Another good video to watch. This may have been why my headgaskets cut loose. 700ft/lb of tq at 4550rpm. It is talked about in the vlog. Different engine but same principle. o3wGe2aU6SE

Boost pressure isnt really relevant to the problem. Engine torque is a much better indication of cylinder pressure than boost is. Not to be nit-picky, but I hate talking in boost psi when in itself...

That's called steam cutting. Seen it a lot it in steam turbines that had a leak on the high pressure side. Looks like someone took a cutting torch to it. In this case. When the head gasket goes....
