I drive a G37 Sport Sedan (rear wheel drive, 6 speed manual) and have a background in electronics, auto mechanics, vehicle networks (CAN bus), C/C++ programming and micro controllers.

Most of my time is spent on automotive research (Nissan/Infiniti) and trying to help others.

Did you do the voltage/resistance checks as shown in the FSM? This will verify sensor issue or wire/harness/connection issue. The type of temp sensor used (NTC thermistor) is VERY durable and...

You might want to check the fuel pressure. I have seen a few P0300 that were a result of a weak fuel pump. On older cars, this was easy... However since Nissan/Infiniti moved to a return-less fuel...
