| Holder fasteners: Once pushed through the bumper hole you drill (either 23/64" or 3/8" — there are two dimples that act as pilots that are already formed in the bumper itself) then first screw into the white anchor without the plate holder where the screw will shift the center price of the white anchor over making a T that will be cinched up to the back of the bumper and create a solid anchor; then back out the screw and pass it through the plate holder and attached the final assembly. |
