I ordered it straight from Berk Technology -- I think that is the only place.

I still would go with Berk over FI

Hey, man. I ordered the Berks in late June and I waited about 6 or 7 weeks. I knew up front that I would wait this long so it was no big deal. There is NO rasp at all. They sound a little deeper over stock at idle and low rpms so they don't draw any attention when driving around "normally". However, they open up quite a bit on acceleration and sound awesome, but not "ricey".
I have not dyno'ed, but given the design they are probably exactly like the Stillen, performance-wise. (around 18 - 20 whp). The other advantage is that they look mostly stock -- again so they do not attract unwanted attention.
They went right in no problem and the install was about an hour and a half (in my garage at home).
I researched every available CBE and am convinced this was the right choice.
