Sounds to me like the stock tune was rich enough to mask a lean out condition with your Nos. The new tune is probably slightly leaner & correct mind you, & now you have knock. You need to get to...

There is a Company in Aus, that I have purchased Fumoto valves from over the years that now do there own Valves. They look really nice & seem to be an improvement over the Fumoto in some areas....
