David, The factory service manual covers diagnostics of the fuel level gauge and sensor. I cannot think of any better way to narrow it down other than to test the components and wiring to factory spec!

    Hi Phunk,
I am at my wits end. 2013 370Z the fuel pump broke so I replaced it. Now the fuel gauge does not work. I hooked the old pump back up and moved the float lever up and down and still no fuel gauge.
    Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your assistance. You really write some very thorough posts.
