I'm installing a 2nd set of halos as soon as the weather warms up into the 60s. Going to be a little rougher this time as it involves heavy modification to the parking light shrouds.

attach the upper three first, then use a big *** screwdriver through the bottom mount and rotate it.

Is there an easy way to do this? I am putting on swifts on my Nismo and if the top holes match up the bottom strut bolt doesn't. Any tips?

and as far as the hood bulge i never had an issue with that part... :D it could be that maybe some struts are stronger when produced by the manufacturer perhaps? thats why its not a consistent...

I think in my case the hood bulge is because of the upward flex of the dampener because it is pushing downward against the plastic trim. I will pick up a few washers this week and give it another...
