    My thoughts exactly. We never got the S15, and the S14 we got in the US had a truck motor instead of the wonderful SR motors.

    Find another shop, have the exhaust leak addressed first. that could be you problem depending if its before the Oxy sensor. than go from there. With 83,000 miles could be a vacuum leak., or something...
