This is really cool, I like how you managed to keep the spare tire too. I know as soon as I pull the spare out I would end up needing it. Did you fab a grill as well to protect the speaker if you need to put anything in the trunk or do you just not put anything back there?

No need for a grill. I put the plastic cardboard filler piece in and covered it with the carpet.. You don't even know its there unless you turn on the radio. I fill the trunk like normal.
