Problem solved, new pump solved the issue. When re-installing the pump its fairly easy to knock a wire off. Thanks for all the tips / advice.

In a way I agree, but they've got to take the opportunity to refresh the look after 9 years or sales won't go anywhere. Performance is great and all, and I'm jonesing for refreshing in that area...
