If you are going just for the 'neighbourhood bragging rights and the 'c0(k measuring' campaign then go for it! The Z06 is an awesome vehicle. But price of maintanence and insurance are not cheap....

Update on my TDX. I've had my system installed (18 res, SS muffs) for about seven months now. They still look like new! The sound has gotten more aggressive, not louder, but taken on a bit of a snarl...

Just got home. Clocked 310 miles up to New Glarus brewery from the Chicago area and back. Some fantastic back roads there. Z is filthy but damn was it a fun drive!
