Plus a good dampener (ATI). Not one of those lightened one that are made from aluminum. Be a good idea to get one of phunk's baffled oil pans too.

The dealer maybe factoring in that it may need to replace the heads. Hit up Tony from FI and see if he can find you someone who's a lot more reasonable since your close to him.

I didn't dyno the before and after flex plate, but since there's a lot less vibration I assume it has less loss from engine. I was also 2 second faster on a 2 minute track this past weekend, so...
