Got 3 trailers of mulch in this week. Just unloaded a trailer of flowers. Got a shipment of lawn tractors in. Have a trailer of patio furniture for tonight to unload. And it's snowing again....

I moved in 2009. Tank is from 2004 so it's well past life expectancy here. It weighs nearly 250lbs with all the calcium build up :rofl2: Lifted it down from the platform with a floor jack...

No wonder everyone is leaving New York. :icon14: I got 2,000 sqft. main floor and 2,000 sqft basement. My taxes are $2,700.

:eek2: That size house in the KC metro area would be about $2.4k in taxes and that's if it was in the expensive part of Johnson County. Principal & Interest payment of about $800, and escrow...

Yea. Nothing special about the house from what i could see. Single stall garage in a back alley, small fenced in yard, average neighborhood. Who knows....

9k in taxes?! Sweet merciful crap! My tax rates aren't good, but it's a 3500 sq foot house on 2 acres with top notch school districts and it's a lot cheaper than 9k!

My hot water tank came with the house. I bought the house in 2004. So it's 17 plus yrs old.
