Probably the brake reservoir level (as others have mentioned, the reservoir needs to be FULL; or it could be the level sensor) but could be a brake pedal switch or something else. The FSM might help....

yep, you and me both. there have been times where i circle around the lot for 30 mins to find a decent spot, and if i don't find one, i leave lol.
