Ah, it is actually an electrical problem - engine won;t start right ?? Rod came out the side of the block and knocked the wire off the starter solenoid, so is actually an electrical problem !!! ...

The set I got were also black. [shrugs] Man I'm long overdue for a cleaning haha. Almost 60k miles now, and the kit was installed at 22k miles.
