Did you try searching at all? What makes you ask if you can mod a Nismo? Of course you can. Just be careful because some parts are Nismo specific, plus there are different versions of the Nismo...

Sometimes manuals are pretty screwed up. I just 8nstalled an oil cooler and was able to remove the washer fluid reservoir (easier to pass the new oil lines) just from the bumper cover removal.

I disconnected the TBs and moved the butterflies on three different Z's in one day a couple years ago without issue. Just make sure you do the pedal position reset. See posts 41-43 in this thread...
