Wheel Spacers
It's just a piece of milled aluminum with some wheel studs. Before my wheels, I ran non-branded spacers and had no issues. The studs looked identical to what is on the stock hubs.

How do I un-goof this?
I tried both the nut splitter and an extractor on the demon 19mm front end-link nut. Neither worked. I had to cut the end-link off with a Dremel and order a new link and nut. For my cats, the nuts...

It's a Nissan, in stock form, I'd argue that it is no more or less reliable than any of the other current Japanese offerings. The VQ has been around forever, hopefully they have made refinements to...
