Probably. This guy likes to flip wheels. Few months back... He got a set of Mag Blue CE28s w/ tires, valve stems, and center caps for cheap.... removed everything and was asking like $3500 for wheels...

Can get it for $7350 from GReddy. Bought mine brand new for $5500 in here. Perhaps it's worth reconsidering the price and change attitude? GLWTS
