LoL and yes its completely street legal...on the very extremes of the allowed width and emissions but it was street legal. One reason they stopped making them was because they couldnt meet the new emissions requirements coming out lol.

It all depends on the year. if u got a 97-99 it was about 40-50k, if u got a 00-03 it was about 70-80k and from 04-07/08 it was well over 100k...the brand new ones well equipped were about 120k-125k lol.
