That's is a intake for the Stillen front brake cooling kit. I realize it is not a great pic but I did label the pic "Stillen Front Brake Cooling".

Nothing hard about installing the fogs at all. Caps were chrome blanks from Ebay with the "Z" from the rear emblem added.

I just looked up at the pedal and found the wires coming out that send the signals to the rear brakes. Used a multimeter to locate the hot wire and split the circuit and added in the flashing module. Pretty easy once you look up in there. Only hard part is the small working clearances.
