I might end up doing this too since I have a dent in my hood and the bumper got scratched up and got a small crack in it. It looks sick.

Did you do the install yourself?

The fitment is almost perfect, there is a little gap between the headlights and the bumper but it is hardly noticeable unless you are looking for it.

I did do the install myself, it is pretty easy however you need to replace the washer fluid reservoir which comes with the bumper when you order it. The replacement washer fluid reservoir needs to be drilled in and does NOT use the existing mount locations I also had to heat up the tubing to get it to bend correctly to fit back in the car.

This bumper will fit the Nismo edition (obviously ) but you need to trim the splash pan in order to get it to fit properly. What I did is order a OEM standard 370 splash pan (non-nismo) for $55 shipped. The only problem I had is that the clips would not hold going highway speeds so I drilled it out and put in 1/4" bolts with lockwashers so it didn't come off.

The bumper also comes in 3 pieces which I though was weird. There are 2 little "fins" that fit under the headlight to the fender which had to be bolted/glued and smoothed over to make it appear as one piece. if you look closely at the fitment pictures above you can see them.

Sweet deal, thanks for all the info. I feel pretty good about going for this setup now. Any plans for the grill?

Then again, I'm still not sure how the aerodynamics will play out at 160mph... Is there any data online about this kit? I haven't been able to find anything from Stillen on it.

I don't know of any stats as far as down force or performance for this bumper. My goal for the grill is to have a big a$$ intercooler from a greddy twin turbo kit, but I am a little ways off from affording that. For now I am either going to leave it as it is or put mesh in there painted black with "Stillen" or "Nismo" stenciled in, in magma red.

Have a couple guys in Houston who have this front bumper and have tracked at CoTA and MSR Houston without issues. I believe Mike on the forum has it also and has turned his Z into a 100% track car, might look into his build thread.
