To each thier own I suppose, but props to the OP for willingly going down this route! I am sure he finds the value in a project like this and I, for one, enjoy seeing him take the risks and expense and allowing us to follow along vicariously on his journey!

Goofy camber aside, I can't wait to see it finished cause I still think it looks cool.

I don't know why people are giving you such a hard time man and I'm not just saying that because I'm wide also. I think its going to look great. I get my car back Sunday! After 6 weeks I'm dying to drive my car again as I'm sure you are. I can't wait to see the finished product. Good luck to you

Yuu 10-01-2014 09:32 PM

hmm....maybe...
mod the hatch a little
then maybe....throw some 911 tail lights?

I've always wondered...the possibilities.

Haters gotta hate, I guess. I don't like the exaggerated camber, but, hey, it's not my car, so what I think doesn't matter. ;) The workmanship looks great so far.

GaleForce 10-01-2014 11:01 PM

I can't wait to see this completed. Great work!

colbysmith 10-02-2014 10:57 PM

I'm sure you've answered this already but what are you doing for paint? color change or stickin withe factory color?

valpozguy 10-03-2014 12:05 AM

I love this build, but IMO it would look a millon times better with a proper size (wide *** f@ck) tires on them wheels. And less camber.

hopefully he does something crazy. I mean with as wide as he is, something that shows the curves and is bright... super white, or maybe something exotic

hence why i called it "another stanced out ricer."

widebody + proper wheel fitment + wide rubber = :yum:

the way it will end up being........not so much.

Leave the poor kid alone. He obviously has enough money to keep replacing tires prematurely. :bowrofl:

Mitco39 10-15-2014 10:00 AM

His tires will have negative camber but his fenders have positive camber. They are going to be damn near at 45 degree angles to one another! lol.

OldFart 10-15-2014 10:08 AM

Been following this one, can appreciate all the working going into it, at least he's retaining the body lines even if to the extreme. Should be interesting when finished...
