First of all I said stock looking, I could care less what's under his hood cause that's not what my comment was based on, he been constantly bashing the guys thread when he drive a stock looking Z. If Cams car is so hideous then show us how a modified one should look, you can't cause it looks the same as any other stock looking Z. I bought a Nismo cause I'm not into aftermarket body kits on any car and it looks dam good with my aftermarket, non stock wheels and suspension. Not to mention, I have the same basics with intake and exhaust mods as everyone else, nothing special there. Also changed all the audio in the car, there's not a single factory piece of audio in the car. So I guess my next question to the peanut gallery is "what's your definition of stock"? Oh and to be clear, it might be a fixation where your from, but stock Z's don't turn heads in Atlanta. And my definition of stock looking is stock suspension and stock wheels. There are tons of Z's on here with nothing more than wheels and suspension that look badazz and it changes the whole look of the car, but if you think it's still stock looking then to each his own.

I call :bs: that stock Z don't turn heads in ATL. You're no different than anywhere else...

And if you think crappier looking wheels (stock Nismo and Sport Rays look better than many aftermarket wheels) and bottomed-out exhaust pipes, front bumpers, and side skirts look better than stock, then to each his own :tiphat:

Definition of stock: OEM parts. You change the wheels, or exhaust, or GTR start button, wiring, etc., it's not stock anymore.

Also, Mr Peanut, a modified Z doesn't look like a stock Z. Nor does it sound like one.

Ok MR. Peanut then why are you still stating or have stated I have a stock car when you definition clearly states I dont? Carlito and Jarblue, the car scene is different everywhere, come on partner. Its parts of Atlanta and Texas where if you drive a Z and not a Caddy or Donk on 30inch wheels with candy paint you don't even count and thats a fact!!! Its just a different culture and theres nothing wrong with that. The Z is a great looking car, I never said it wasn't, but if you go to Caffeine and Octane here in Atlanta, where about 75% of 1500 cars are visually modified, the stock cars aren't getting looks like that especially when theres a modified one sitting right next to it. You guys have your opinions and I have mine and this thread certainly won't change that, not one bit!!! Keep in mind while your defending your peanut captain, my stab was at him for the constant bashing of Cams build and if he could build a better car, then show us how its done, but how are you gonna crucify someone and your not visually doing anything with yours? The same way he bashing Cam, he started bashing mine with his little comments............... well show me better then, teach me how to properly mod a Z or should I put all the stock components back on like you? My look is clean, nothing overdone, the drop and wheels are perfect and its all safe and functional, I'm good Hate it or Love it :)

I think this is going off topic. But I will say that in Charlotte NC, my more or less stock Z doesn't turn heads and I normally see a few Z34s when I drive around town. I didn't buy this car to turn heads, but I do get some nice complements from time to time on it.

The only ones here turning heads are the ones with an open exhaust and a lot of stickers cutting through traffic. Normally those are Z33s though.

I'm sure the OPs Z turns heads though. I wouldn't have done that to my car but you did some quality work on yours.

well if your Z can't turn heads then I guess your mods must suck........partner.

A 370Z turns heads. Period. How do you know whether it's modded if you don't turn your head and look? The Z is a sexy looking car, and people are going to turn their head to look at it. If they don't appreciate the stock form and complain that it's missing wheels and a drop, that doesn't affect whether or not they checked it out in the first place. As mentioned before, a POS rattling down the road turns heads, even if it's not for a good reason.
