Honestly, imo, you get what YOU like the most and don't let people with replicas affect your decision. If deep down you like the Amuse kit more than anything else out there, stick with it. Don't buy a rare kit just because it is rare. Maybe just buy the Amuse wing to get a different rear look.

For example, I saw an ad for the Amuse 370z and fell in love back in 2010, I just took delivery of the car in July. By now theres plenty of Amuse kits around but I'm not letting it stop me.

i think imma wait it out first.... i am still hopeful that a new kit comes out... we will see...


i would greatly appreciate it if someone photoshopped it... :tup: speaking of the central 20 rear.. i think that rear bumper is pretty kool it reminds me of scorpion from mortal kombat.... ;) the only thing about it is its a round butt... which is sexy but i love it when it sticks outward... like the amuse and abflug rears... they protrude outwards.... :tup:

honestly i love the amuse... and i know this will sound stupid but whats bugging me is that its a replica .... if it were a real powerhouse amuse i wouldnt even be looking for another body kit :D id call it a day already lol.... but i would feel really really stupid for getting the same body kit just because its authentic... thats why i was opting for a different body kit... thats all... :tup: i like being different... but at the same time of course im putting this together carefully so i dont change my mind again because i was unhappy with my decisions...

in other news... my GANADOR mirrors came in together with my top secret rear fog... but i missed the mail man... :( ill pick them up tomorrow on my lunch break... imma do a review on them since no one has really given the ganadors much love... i opted for the non turn signal light one.... my contact was unsure what was the flashing timing of the turn signal on the model which had one... so he said just get the one with out it for a more cleaner look...i told him i was ok with the one with out the turn signal anyways cuz i dont want to many turn signals flashing LOL... after all the fender signal is already good enough for me... i dont need another one on the side mirror... best part of the mirrors plug and play baby!!!! no adjusting manually and they are convex mirrors also :tup:

What about the central 20 rear bumper? I've always kinda liked that one. The Tamon design one is crazy beautiful, but at like $8k or whatever it is, that's probably not an option. I know the whole wide body kit is like $27k shipped.

Yeah the Tamon is about 30k just for the kit, but it is hand crafted and takes 6+ months to make it, also I think they only make 1-2 kits per year for each car they produce a kit for.

that is absolutely insane man... if i had the flow... i definitely would do it... thats crazy sweet... 2 kits in a year? thats freaking nuts

They make kits for other cars, but they don't make a lot.
Low volume high price, also the rear wheels you would need to fit need to be super wide.

God that's so sexy. Yeah the cheapest I saw it for on an actual Japanese site (had to translate everything to engrish and dollars) it was $21,500 for the kit, and $6,000 for shipping. From what I understand, it's one guy that builds them by hand. That's why it takes so long and is so expensive. But omg if I had the money I'd be throwing it at him as hard as I could.

The thing that bugs me about the abflug rear is how square it looks, the Z is pretty much a curvy car so the bumper will throw it off.

And imo, amuse bumper being common in the Z community is not the same as being common in the streets, unless you plan on going to car shows with 10 other amuse Zs.

Being common in the Z community only proves that the bumper looks good on the car. I am thorn between the amuse rear or stock rear with CF addons.

I heard a new lip kit for the stock body z is on it's way.

on a side note... the fake cf paint doesnt look as cheesy as i imagined... originally i was gonna paint it black.... but ill leave it like that for now... it looks pretty damn real even when you look at the varis hood and the side mirrors... unless of course you stick your face super close to it.. thats when youll know its cf paint only but other than that its awesome... i love the view!!!! im making a review right now

I was/am weighing out my options. Coils will always have better performance. I haven't decided which way I want to go with the car. My car is very functional as it sits right now. I would have too many headaches if I did coils and lowered it more. Doesn't make sense for me to go coilovers and stay at the same ride hight...
