One of the reasons were also to extract heat :) function and form. This looks tons better than the Varis'. Do the guy we're talking bout have this in stock? Or can he get a hold of this beauty?

Wow... That first picture is awesome! Looks aggressive but functional.

KaienZ34 03-22-2013 08:12 AM

That hood is super hot. Maybe get the CS hood inserts and the GTR vents like you did to your hood back in the day and have something unique and a bit cheaper.

The hole business is screwed up. If it's not in stock, move on.

simota1 03-23-2013 05:37 AM

my shoot is tomoro :) im so excited.... i took out one more bracket on the motor ..... and took back all my red password jdm bolts and put my gold bolts back.... :) looks nicer.... i still wish my TS cans were in :(

the PS reservoir is  no problems whatsoever lets keep our fingers crossed it stays that way.... i would say im pretty happy with my engine bay now... all im missing that i needa order is the TS strut bar and maybe a gold titanium bolt strut bar bolt kit from dress up bolts.... :)

i still have to make the damn cap for my PS reservoir but work and making money for my shop comes first before i can play around.... ill be reinstalling my old aluminum coolant reservoir tank i made almost 4 years ago :) ill take some pics tomoro

and finally i had this done.... it has always bothered me but finally... plus they fixed the crooked top secret stripe ;) god i love that shop...

Looks great Jon.

There is no wrong way to do it as long as if you choose one of the options. I was going to get my rear bumper painted black at the top to match the factory, that is until I saw Mr&Mrs's idea. Now the tail light covers are getting painted. lol

Both options look great. Keep up the good work

No, no... I know you're teasing. I was just saying I like both. Truth is I was going to do it your way (but with paint) and my wife liked Mr.Mrs's way when I showed her the pictures. I gave her this one ;) :bowrofl:

Mr&Mrs 03-23-2013 10:42 AM

I wanted to make sure you knew I was joking with my post, it looks good both ways. The only reason I went with color was because the black still breaks above the tail lights.

I cant wait to see all of your custom parts!

any of you guys have any feedback of yokohama advan neova tires?

Voice59 03-24-2013 01:30 PM

Mr. Simota, with all due respect if your car was a woman, I'd get her pregnant so she never left me. LOL

other than having a sexy thread pattern they have awesome grip.... i can get use to the sound at least for a while ;) back to aesthetics... i will replace my tires most likely the same time i TRY to get my work meisters next year :)

damn that's hot!

Sh0velMan 03-26-2013 09:04 AM

Does it use all the stock mounting points/hardware? What's the point of the part, exactly?

(Not trying to flame, genuinely confused as to what the bar is trying to accomplish other than look freakin awesome)

Huck 03-26-2013 09:09 AM

Damn Simota, that thing is pure sex. It looks amazaballs.

yes it mounts in the factory points.... the difference is the stock bar is just an aluminum with foam inside..... the amuse titan bar has a chromoly tube inside the titanium which you can attach a racing harness to.... its pretty damn heavy actually lol
