I'll put this together here and try to update it with links. Again though, I have to say that this thread, DIY: LED Halo w/Video's , by Nut_N_Much has been the most helpful when doing your headlights.

This is for exactly what I did on mine. There are other variations and some people do different size on the small flasher light but this is the list of things I used.....
