Finalized my install/tune quote with Moore. They want an entire week to do it just to be safe. So I'm taking off Monday, July 29th to head to Moore and "assist" with taking the car apart. I'm dragging Cliff from Daedalus Customs with me because he wants to handle removing the headlights himself - since the last time the car was worked on the body shop broke the moisture seals on both lights which caused issues. Doubt I'm going to take the entire week off but I'm asking them to take tons of pictures.

I have the same injectors n pump with my kit. If I feel the need for more, the pump and injectors should be good for anyone wanting to play with E85 on a NA car, or anyone buying a tuner version of the kit.

Yeah. I'm just gonna start from there and see how it feels. I can always upgrade later.

Liked Kirk's setup so I'm going with a PLX multigauge and daisy chained AFR/oil pressure/boost modules (oil pressure default).
Really love the defi sweep gauges but there's nowhere to put them except the A pillar which is a little too fast and too furious for me. The guys at Doran recommended a really high end multigauge (forget brand) but it starts at $1200 without sensors so.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Dash replacement options for a 6 gauge setup were just retardedly expensive so PLX it is.

Anyone want to educated me on pulleys? I requested the 88mm pulley with my kit and was told I would need to be careful because I would be putting down over 500whp but that it wasn't dangerous to the motor or the SC.
Was told the kit normally comes with a 96mm and there is also a 92mm option as well. Anyone know if going to the 88mm is a bad idea? |

I tried to get the 88 mm pulley from Sam but he said the blower would be spinning to fast so I got the 92mm |
I just talked to Sam and he said on 93 octane it wouldn't be a problem. Should I go back up to 92?

go for moarrrrr powaaaaaa lol 88mm

Well I don't want to do anything to endanger the motor or the blower which is why I'm asking for advice here. Anyone know?
Is 88 safe on 93 octane? |
