If they screw this up I'm getting a full refund and buying a lift. I'm fed up with these seats.

I am not sure I would have the patience you do Galeforce. Sad to hear you got such a run around. Hope the seats are beyond your expectations.

If the lift arms wouldn't fit under his car with the TS side skirts, it definitely won't fit under mine. I am looking at a 4 post... I just wish my ceiling height was better. I'm also looking at property so we can build another house and a proper shop....

Plasmite 05-08-2014 12:05 PM

I need a proper shop as well. My car barely fits in the garage with the doors open.

jwick 05-08-2014 12:08 PM

Four post is nice but you have to upgrade for the two scissor jacks so you can also work with the wheels off. Cost starts to add up

Plasmite 05-08-2014 12:10 PM

I was looking at a scissor. Best with the limited space I have, smallest footprint

N0SL3N 05-08-2014 12:23 PM

How about something like this:

jwick 05-08-2014 12:28 PM

BendPak RJ-45 4,500 Lb. Capacity, Sliding Bridge Jack | JMCAutomotiveEquipment.com

This is what I was referring to. I guess the technical term is bridge jack. You would need one of these to allow you to pull the tires while on the lift.

The amazing DIY Ikea dream garage

That's sweet. Unfortunately that wouldn't work for me as the frame rail is not the lowest point on the car.
