easy, mount some L shape brackets to the crash bar, then use stock location bolts, also where the undertray clips on you can convert those to bolts/nuts and just tack

easy, mount some L shape brackets to the crash bar, then use stock location bolts, also where the undertray clips on you can convert those to bolts/nuts and just tack weld the nuts its pretty obvious once you look at it.
to get you an idea this is how we installed my friend's s2000 front splitter to make it adjustable, it is also adjustable front/to rear +/- about 1-2"
