Hey guys. Got a few things for ya' on this. It's been slow because we've have a few hang ups.

Anyways, here's a couple pix of the dry carbon Ings+1 wing on the car. You can see the JSpec tail lights too.

Also, we're nearly done putting the engine back together.

The pictures of the wing will not get larger when I click on them. Things look to be moving right along!

Wow I forgot all about this project it's been a long time without a update .

This car has been done for some time now, I think he forgot to put updates.

If anyone knows how to get ahold of him tell him to check in with us. I was so blown away by this build.

Next time im at project x (the guys who built it) ill let him know. Hes there all the time it seems.

Yeah, this is me. You can put that on me for not giving a final update. We had such a huge delay because of my pistons taking 4.5 months to arrive (instead of the 3 to 4 weeks they stated) that by the time we got her running, broken in and dyno'd, putting an update was the last thing on mind. I was just happy to have my car back lol.

Long story short, we tuned her to about 600 WHP (598) to be exact), but she had plenty more to give. We didn't want to push her any more because at that point we realized GTM had sent us the wrong size waste gate springs and she wasn't opening up properly at that point. So we stopped at 598 @ 13 PSI.

600 HP is also more than enough for me. She's an absolute scary beast to drive. But we do want to get the proper springs on there and just see what we can get for the fun of it.

I toon her to the track at Autobahn Country Club a couple weeks ago and she was an absolute blast. It was my first time at the track and up until then I had only driven her for a total of a few hours since she was tuned properly. So, I was a little hesitant and pretty terrified of her power. I also hired Dan Clark a professional race car driver (most well known for winning some Porshe events, but he has also raced Formula 3, Formula 2 and NASCAR) as a tutor, for which at one point I let Dan drive my car on the track while I sat shotgun.

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to let a professional show you what your 600 HP car is capable of on the track. It was unreal, scary as all god damn hell, and incredibly fun. His comments on my car were "this car is no joke".

BTW, when I say "they" I do not mean Project X when I talk about the delay on my car. PX had no fault in this huge delay. We waited nearly half a year for my Arias custom pistons LOL.

The kognition wing you can stand on the wing in the middle, does this wing seem strong enough or kinda flimsy in the middle or hollow feeling? Also whats the width of it and it doesn't look like its as tall or taller than the roof line. Is that true or the pics playing with my eyes?

Ings+1 makes track proven wings. They are very well known in the Japanese racing scene. While not as sturdy as a Kognition wing, its still far more than tough enough for any track conditions you'll throw at it in a 370Z. This one is also dry carbon. The craftsmanship is top notch, and this wing weighs next to nothing.

As for the wing height, being that this is a 3d wing, and not a straight wing like the Kognition wings, its better suited for being under the roof line, and thus the stands are appropriately sized for the wing design and the car.

I had no idea there was a shop in Chicagoland this capbable of a build like this. Looks incredible man!

See that still worries me. Mike snapped a APR GTC 300 at 150mph. Sturdy is better. Over time these might get stress cracks then fail.

Project X is definitely legit! Larry and Eli know their sh/t!

Curious, what are the specs on your Ings+1 wing? Height etc? Im in the market to buy a wing and i was just curious thx
