Finally get to update this thing lol.

Spring is coming. Probably taking my car out April 1st. March 15th the winter tire law is over so lots of people take their ride out but I figure 2 more weeks, rain wash the salt, gravel and fix the millions of potholes.

Putting together another small pile of things...love when winter storage is over lol.

Found a Burnt titanium tow hook to replace my red one, should like nice...otherwise I'm sticking with my red.

Picked up an EVO-R diffuser off the forum. This is one with fitment issues apparently which is fine, just will needs lots more screws

And last but not least...couldn't let everyone get in on the Cup Suspension fun without me lol.

Air-Motion Cup Kit. Front and Rear

With the box its surprisingly only 25lbs. Might try to stuff it in the corners separately.

Honestly, if I didn't buy this I don't think I would have kept my Z this year. This will really help me drive it and get around at the height I want. Basically if I couldn't drive it the way I wanted...I felt like why do it.

So can't wait to install that bad boy.

Hey Happy, ya I was surprised to find one in Neo Chrome, gonna match my lug nuts

Seller's name is Kingswayshop but doesn't seem to have anymore for the Z :(

TheGreatOne 05-24-2014 11:15 PM

Whoa, been awhile.

Believe it or not my Z was and is actually still up for sale :( but happy to say I will probably take that ad down :)

Wasn't driving it enough, was driving my winter beater/2nd car more (mainly because of having to pick up and drop off my 2.5 year old a lot more) and that car is depressing in contrast to the Z (2000 Forester S)

Well, decided since its legal to slap the child seat in if air bag goes off and its in stop and go traffic to and from daycare, I'll try that out a bit and I guess just make more money so that my 2nd car can be more pimp lol.

So finally made it out to a meet Monday, saw a few pics pop up online. I'm always finding a crowd near my car or people just snapping pics themselves, grown men (and women) coming up to chat or just share a compliment...I realized, you can't get that in anything else for the money I spent. I love my Z :driving:

That was from last Monday.

Cup Kit was drawing too much energy from my battery and it would die after 2 days. Ended up buying a Optima Yellow Top, car starts like money now and no drainage issues.

by the way, so many stupid pieces to remove just to get to the battery

Haven't installed anything else since the car was up for sale and was going to part out.

Nice build!! Where u able to "hide" the box for the cup system or is it just on the trunk? Can't tell by the picture how big it really is lol

Just in the hatch, been meaning to take a picture of that. Will do that tonight.

Its not that bad but does take up a bit of room, looks nice back there, lights up too.

Thanks man, doing my best to keep it that way :)

Make sure that Optima battery doesn't die otherwise it'll kill the battery's life, I would have gone with another brand. It won't hold charge after the first discharge.

sorry for the delay there man, went on a little vacation...I should be a bit more active now lol.

So it doesn't take up all the space, but a fair amount. I've still taken the Z to get groceries...plus the box does look pretty cool....this is not the best picture.

TheGreatOne 06-17-2014 10:56 AM

No doubt I could make a cooler set up and have more space with it outside of the box.

The remote, which is one of the coolest features of the whole thing isn't working now :( its sending a signal to purge air instead.

So just going to have a shop fab me some switches I can use from the inside...easier, but will loose remote control coolness factor lol.
