Here are 2009 RTA results for Spring Mountain... based upon the mods to my car, I would be in 'modified rwd'... not competitive with my friend Jeremy's time... this is a good indication that I need to avoid RTA ! lol

You would actually be in Unlimited RWD with the Hoosiers so you would be up against the FX car that ran a 2:13.1 . Toyo R888s and Nitto NT01s are the competitive Modified Class tires.

Default

The NT01's are a pretty decent track tire. Not quite as much grip as R6's but still a bunch more than even the best street tire. I would take them over R888's for dry events, although R888's are much better wet.

I'm with you... already planning transition to NT01's for NASA TTA classing... was being tongue in check about chasing the NSX time... my weight to power ratio is >10... the NSX is half that
