I was on 4 weeks vacation prior to picking it up. I didn't want to, but I had to go back to work. now my days are 14 hours long

I was on 4 weeks vacation prior to picking it up. I didn't want to, but I had to go back to work.
 now my days are 14 hours long and I usually cover 2000-3000 miles a day. It's hard to post on the forum from 39000 feet.
