NY is fairly strict with no front plate too but I have not given in on that yet.... On another note, My 4.08 parts are in at Nissan ... Going there to pick them up tomorrow , Install is set for Tuesday the 23rd. Can't wait for them to be installed... Should be interesting to see how much traction I DON'T get in first when it's done, especially in this cold NY weather...
