Let me know when, weekend night are best for me, or week nights, other then Mon, Tues, and Thurs if we go to the pier it would probable be best around 1-2am if you want to go to this spot i shot here before 8pm(the stadium lighting in the area helps a lot and goes out at ~9pm), unless you have a strobist setup, i might have my kit built by the first week of october. there are a few other cool places to shoot in Coronado that i have shot at before that we can check out too.
