Got it, thanks for the explanation of the F-L-A-W-L-E-S-S.

oops..I meant Z33

Now back on topic.

Raul, I am in for the daylight pics of the Stillen front lip.

RCZ 03-01-2011 02:40 PM

haha

I think that wing retails for like $699 or something, but Stillen sells it. Ask Josh@Stillen for a price, should be able to help you out.

There was a guy who lived in my development when I lived in NJ and he had the same wheels on a 370... He should have kept his base wheels IMO.

RCZ 03-03-2011 08:38 AM

Anyone interested in buying my Stage 4 Clutch / Fidanza Flywheel combo?

phelan 03-03-2011 10:41 AM

Nice pictures, thanks for posting them! i heard CE28s aren't stamped 5x114.3 on the inside, is that true?

RCZ 03-08-2011 08:30 PM

Not sure, I'd have to check for you...I have no idea.

AmbitiousCK 03-08-2011 08:53 PM

Great looking car, how do you like the KW V3s?

RCZ 03-08-2011 09:05 PM

It is a remix of the song "As the Rush Comes" by Motorcycle

u155282 03-08-2011 10:20 PM

I figured out that much already, but I'm having trouble finding the same version. Thank you though.

RCZ 03-09-2011 03:11 PM

Umm, look for the video on VIMEO, I'm pretty sure the name of the remix is there in the credits.

AmbitiousCK 03-09-2011 03:16 PM

Saw your videos on youtube today, sick car lol.

Thanks man.

I went to HP Logic today to get the car checked out (it has been a good while since I got tuned). Staff were very friendly as usual and got to check out the record holder for worlds fastest porsche. Eddie Bello's 1157whp 964 Turbo...it did a quick low boost run and made 760whp at 17psi....wow.

We put my Z on the dyno and it made almost the exact amount of power it did when Jack first tuned it, however he did take out a little fuel in the low-mid end and I gained +25hp and +25tq across the midrange. Now fuel trim is spot on and the car feels smoother and even more drivable than before. Would, as always, recommend Jack to tune your car if you're anywhere near Florida.

Very simple, no bs Dyno sheet. This is on a Mustang Dyno where I dynoed 256whp stock. (144whp GAIN) Came out to 390WHP and 290WTQ @9psi.

MightyBobo 03-12-2011 01:32 AM

Lookin' good...but I have to ask....wheres the loveable chairs?

RCZ 03-13-2011 06:41 PM

hahaha no chairs for the dyno.

NewYorkJon34 03-13-2011 07:22 PM

RCZ, how do you like your SouthBend Stage 4 Clutch / Fidanza Flywheel set-up? I was recommended that clutch as I'm going to be buying the zspeed csc kit

RCZ 03-13-2011 07:32 PM

Its a great setup, but the flywheel rattles a lot.

I know that's a trait of a lighter flywheel, is there another brand that you'd recommend or is the fidanza the best flywheel? Are you going to be switching clutches or are you just gonna keep your southbend clutch?

RCZ 03-13-2011 11:17 PM

I was thinking about switching to a OS Giken, but I just heard that those are really tough on CSC's. A friend of mine even killed his heavy duty metallic one with the osg clutch.

christian370z 03-14-2011 01:26 AM

The Stillen supercharger kit really puts some big power down, pretty damn impressive. I am following your lead and getting a Stillen front splitter btw, your pictures convinced me!

Same here!
Its a great piece, I love mine.

And RCZ - the stillen splitter matches the EVOR side blades very well.

Oh man, don't do that to me, I've been itching to get them for several months now, but EVO-R won't give me a break haha.

In other news, this thread just broke 90,000 views. Awesome. Party time at 100,000! :happydance::happydance:

ZForce 04-02-2011 09:20 PM

RCZ, congrats on the 90k views. I subscribed about 90 pages ago and been reading the em feeds. 100k will rock the house!

How do like the RE-11's for street and occasional track? It's time I have to look at tires. I am not sure going wider than OEM would look good with my current setup.

Stillen Splitter is now on my list after seeing your photos. Will have to search forum for EVO-R side blades.

Mr&Mrs 04-02-2011 09:30 PM

Lip looks good. Are you going to color match it or keep it black?

Hey, thanks man! I'm hoping to get to 100k soon, but I wasn't about to bump my own journal just for that haha.

RE-11's are awesome, they are pricey, but they are worth it if you like driving quickly. I think you should go wider though, definitely try and get on that 265/285 combo at least! The ratios aren't the same, but the TC learns that pretty quickly and you will be trouble free after a few miles.

I'm glad you like the lip man, I like it a lot too actually. Everyone at meets seems to agree that it really finishes off that racey look from the wing. Oh yeah, I'm after those blades, sooner or later they will be mine! I'm treading lightly right now though because there's a few things coming out to the market that I'm interested to see before doing anything.

I think I like it black since it sort of accents the chin. I have been lazy and didnt get around to doing the back valence, but I think it will look great once everything is done.

Also wanted to add that I have used Stillen 409SS Headers (with hardware) and very lightly used Z1 motorsports Test pipes to sell. I will do a combo together and it will be cheaper than buying the headers (new) alone. Anyone interested can PM me. I will have a FS thread later this week, but if anyone wants to call dibs, word is out.

Also got some Bride GIAS Kevlar Seats with Gradation I'm trying to help a friend sell. PM me if you want them...they are slightly used and priced almost at a 2-for-1 deal.
