If there were some really clean clear-lens-style tails, I'd consider it. I don't want to push the envelope of tasteful modding (even though this is a female's car).

We were going to do a deep candy blue, but Bullitt is already doing that and my wife liked this color better ;)

It's pretty easy if you have a tripod. You just take one shot with the hood up, one with it down all the way. Select the part of the engine bay you want to expose, feather the area a bit, and put it in a layer above the "base" image. Doneksy!
