Since I'll be painting the hood silver, and the vents painted matte black? I was looking at a frp lip painted in matte black to tie it all together.

I'll be adding side skirts and rear bumper add-ons painted the body color, And a matte black rear diffuser.

Those are my plans for now

In that case, the front lip should be painted silver because you will have sides and rears or maybe paint it silver and leave the center black to match the fangs.

If you were just getting a lip, having it painted black isn't bad but once you add silver sides and rears. The front will appear higher than the sides and that's not good.

Sounds like an idea. The lip I may go with is a 3 piece? So the sides could be painted silver and the center piece matte to match the center fang area like you said.

Just wrapped up the latest mod Thanks to (Chris) SPOHN for the DiY pics in his journal

I will need to repaint for sure those Canyons runs have had a habit of pitting the front end

All Washed and clean
