Default As Promised.....the old and the new

As promised, here they are!

Picked up the 40th anniversary edition this week and finally had a nice day and some time to take some pictures.

The 240Z is a 1970 (one of the first 500 Z cars ever made) VIN # HLS3000387.

Too many toys....but so much fun!

I just got embarrassed! Your New Z and 240 look great
I would have opted for dropping the 240 and having the wheels polished, or polished centerline wheels with 8 1/2 in the front and 9 1/2 in the back... It still looks good, and it's running still, Your New 40th Z Looks stunning. I'd like to check it out in person so I've extended an invite too you to come out and join us if you'd like, and get together with other Z owners like yourself, we're pretty cool people.

First time I ever saw a 240 was in late 1972...instant romance! BTW, I got a 2004 Touring Coupe!

I'll be honest, when I first saw media coverage the 40th Ed., I wasn't too crazy about the wheel color but it looks really good in your set of pics. I like the exterior as well. It's slightly darker than PG. The red calipers are nice too.

Good job...congrats!

Sweeeeeet rides!!!! I really gotta see one of these 40th AE's in person - I'm betting they are just killer.

EDIT: removed my pics and will open my on thread at a later time - didn't want to invade sdb3641's personal gallery space.

Thanks for the pics. Love that graphite exterior.

I would like to see the regular (non dark) sport package wheels on this. I think the contrast would make it look even better.
