Keep an eye on your oil temps. It doesn't look like the sandwich plate has a thermostat, so if you see temps under 160 or so in cooler months you need to swap it out. Too cold oil is just as bad as too hot oil.

Thanks for the tip, what the rage you will say it the best for the oil to be at?
