Well it comes down to prototyping something for zdayz or just fixing and running what I have for zdayz... The triple pump won't be ready for another several weeks if not another month... So after talking with several people today I think I'm set on not spending a crap ton of money just to re do it after zdayz...
So Zdayz we will be running a stock GTR plenum and my old fuel pump most likely. Should be good for atleast 1000whp pump again... Maybe more. But that's our goal for zdayz is just 1000whp pump super reliable fun car and then start smashing barriers right after zdayz with the GREDDY intake manifold and triple pump setup. All in all its going to be a fun zdayz! |
Also keep in mind they have only had the car for like 2 weeks and already ripped everything out and put all the new stuff back in! That's pretty darn quick!

we are finishing the install today and tomorrow for upgrading the fuel system minus the fuel pump assembly. once that is done we are ready to start the car again.

So I talked with the shop last night and they did not have the right size coupler for my new throttle bodies. They rush ordered a unit to have it here by this morning. So we should be up and running today.

On a side note looks like I will be going to Zdayz with blue seats with my red interior *Facepalm... Turns out every one in the entire united states is sold out of Hi grade deep black automotive suede.... and real Alcantara is going to take over a week to get here... |

UPDATE:
The car is sitting on the dyno and is waiting for the tune. New wing, diffuser and undertray are already at the body shop waiting on the car. Going to get an alignment Tuesday morning then wrapping up body work. |

Going to the shop today to see the car dyno. Also placing my vinyl order today for Wednesday morning pickup. Then tomorrow at the body shop.

UPDATE:
So ZdayZ was an absolute blast!!! The car had its maiden voyage on the new Fast Intentions Twin Turbo Kit! Man is this car a beast!!! The car is only on a base tune as I will be pulling the motor and be going a different direction with it! Don't get me wrong I LOVE the 4.5L but in order to be competitive in the half mile racing we have to get my TQ under control... Numbers: With the current Base tune we are making over 800Ft/lbs by 4000rpms!!!! The torque stays flat and picks up in the mid range topping out at 880Ft/lbs by 5750rpms! Our Whp numbers also peaked at 970whp by 7000rpms!!! All of this on a base tune with not a lot of features enabled. This was all tuned on E85 with E reading of E78. Compared to my old kit we picked up over 300ft/lbs by 4000rpms and over 200whp at the same rpm level. The RJM manifold and EPS throttle bodies really allowed us to utilize the larger turbos and gain faster spool over my old kit! We saw full boost by 4500 RPMs!!! My last kit saw that at 5500rpms! This is proof that the RJM manifold is doing leaps and bounds to help us maximize the turbos. Driving Experience: The Car is an absolute animal!!!! You have to be on your game when driving this car! The power comes on so quick and so hard like a Tasmanian Devil! I let Tony drive it at the Forged Performance top dawg event and needless to say his thoughts are this is too much power... He looked over at me and said and I quote "You want even more power?!?!?! Your freaking insane!". Tony learned a lot about me over ZdayZ especially when I say I drive the car hard that I really do drive the car HARD! So what's next? Well I will be putting my short block up for sale as a fully assembled unit. We will be taking a page out of AMS and Many of the 2000hp GTRs books and dropping down our displacement. Most likely we will go back to a 3.7L and turn up the REVs to say 9000... I am currently working with RJManufacturing on a Ultimate 370z Shortblock needless to say something that can handle extreme punishment and extreme power levels. More details will surface once we have all the details ironed out. Now for what we all are wanting to see! That's awesome man. I'm glad I got to see the car in person and meet you this year. That intake was sexy as well. After seeing the RJM setup and talking with you (unknowingly lol) and Bobby, I'm really considering adding it to my project.

Haha yeah I try to stay low key and Bobby asked me to man the booth while he went for lunch one day. I had fun talking to potential customers. You should definitely get one!
