hehe well legally I have to agree with that but between you an the rest of the internet I umm am rarely under 100 a few tight 2nd gear turns but mostly yaaaaaaaaaa

DatsunFTW 04-04-2016 06:47 PM

So why did you buy the wing? (just curious)

well I do track the car and wanted to see if it would make any difference or it it was going to look a bit too odd... I am going to play with a few more suspesion parts now too so a good baseline would be nice and then through that wing back on and see how much faster I can get my laps too

astro932 05-18-2016 07:15 PM

well I havent gotten any more done to the Z but I did take it on track and reorderd my list for track useability... brakes are at the top with sway bars... defiinetly having coolant issues as well as my clutch overheating like nuts. Time for tons of reasearch!

well its been an interesting few months. things have been a bit crazy so itll take some time to update the thread, Firstly I crashed the z... its wasnt bad but nearly $9k in damage from a tiny fender bender... that being said the body shop I took it too is being really slow and really **** (its the one we send all of our mecedes stuff too so I figured that it would have been good enough) but I had the car back for an hour and it went back with a list of **** for them to fix.

Since the last time not much has gotten done either sadly, actually nothing has gotten done at all... its killing me... the car is plasti purple for right now and im now in need of a clutch as well as a list of things to do over winter....

astro932 12-06-2016 06:37 PM

well things have been interesting here lately.... I put the car back to stock for a while and now have a miata as well that im working on, I was basically at the point of giving up on the z after the wreck but slowly im warming back up to it. its slow going now as I have so many things that need to get done and no time and money to do them. so for now im working on getting my miata up and going first and then parking the z till i can buy a new clutch set up

astro932 12-31-2016 08:05 PM

ok so a-aron has super busy as of late. so I got my na6 miata running for a solid daily! so back to racecaring the z and oh boy has thing been working well... imma just photo dump and if anyone has any questions just ask!

Any tips on how to get the gauges out, preferably without breaking them. I've read the guides online but i still can't get them out
