Just some advice on the front bumper gaps; right stuff spray foam and fiberglass. You should be able to tape everything off, then use the expanding foam, sand and smooth

Just some advice on the front bumper gaps; right stuff spray foam and fiberglass. You should be able to tape everything off, then use the expanding foam, sand and smooth out the shape you want, then fiberglass over that. Pop out the piece and you'll have your gaps filled. I've done it many times to fill gaps and it works perfectly.
